Mindapples is an education and campaigning organisation and doesn’t provide mental health support.
Here are a few places you can go (in the UK) to get help with your mental health.
The first port of call for all health issues is your GP or family doctor, who can give you immediate advice and support, and refer you to services that may be able to help. If you’re worried about going alone, you might want to ask a friend or family member to accompany you.
If you want to speak to someone right now, there are various helplines available:
- Call the Samaritans on 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org
- Call the Mind helpline on 0300 123 3393
- Parents can call the YoungMinds parents’ helpline on 0808 802 5544
- Children can call Childline on 0800 1111
If you feel you need urgent medical help, always call 999 or 111 to speak to a medical professional. Don’t be afraid to reach out, there are people who want to help. No need to suffer in silence.
There is a longer list of organisations for mental health support on the UK NHS website.
