As part of our work with universities across the UK, we have carefully considered the university lifecycle, drawing from the published research and detailed conversations with our university partners and students. Our approach involves identifying key issues for both students and staff at each stage and implementing the most effective interventions in a timely, targeted fashion.
These interventions are strategically timed to maximize engagement and achieve the greatest impact, and also form part of a wider strategic approach under our Wellbeing Competency Framework to ensure each intervention contributes to a broader goal of mentally healthy students and staff.
