All Mindapples services are provided under these standard terms of engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are subject to UK sale taxes but inclusive of session materials, scheduling and project management costs. Reasonable extra printed materials for delegates can be provided at no extra charge depending on client requirements. Additional expenses such as for travel and overnight accommodation outside London will be pre-approved in writing and recharged to the client at cost, with receipts available on request.
Payments are due 30 days from the date of invoice and interest charges may be levied for late payment. A charge of 50% fee + incurred expenses will be applied to cancellations with less than two weeks’ notice, and 100% for less than 72 hours’ notice. Face-to-face sessions can be converted to webinars at no extra charge, and virtual alternatives will be offered if a trainer becomes unwell or is asked to self-isolate. If any services are not scheduled within the agreed timeframe, a credit note may be issued for any outstanding work.
All original concepts and content used in the delivery of these services, together with any additional materials developed in partnership with our clients and their suppliers, constitute Outside Materials and will remain the sole property of Mindapples Trading Ltd, Mindapples and their partners. App and eLearning licences may also be subject to additional contract terms, to be agreed in writing prior to purchase.
‘Mindapples’ refers to Mindapples Trading Ltd and the Mindapples Charity, both located at 86-90 Paul Street, Hoxton, London EC2A 4NE, UK. All services will be supplied by Mindapples Trading Ltd and its approved partners and subcontractors.
