Mindapples have developed a programme of training materials that improve people’s psychological literacy, wellbeing and resilience – and we want to share them with the world.

We are now offering a 2-day training event to teach people how to deliver our wellbeing and resilience training themselves. The basic course covers all our material on wellbeing, mood regulation, motivation and stress management, and comes with detailed trainer’s guides for each module and guidance on running successful Mindapples training sessions.

Day 1

  1. Background to the Mindapples training: our approach, methdology, and the evidence behind what we do.
  2. Feed your mind – teaching basic wellbeing and mental self-management techniques.
  3. Master your moods – emotional wellbeing and resilience tools, and techniques for supporting others.
  4. Get motivated – an overview of motivation theory and a model for exploring what motivates people.
  5. Handle pressure – an introduction to the effects of stress and proven tools for managing it and dealing with pressure better.

Day 2

  1. Recap of the module content and discussion of how it might be adapted to different audiences.
  2. Group exercises to create sessions or exercises using the content
  3. Presentations to practice delivering the content and engaging participants in learning about their minds.
  4. Peer learning, reflections and feedback.

These trainings are run at regular intervals throughout the year, and can also be held at your organisation’s offices if you have six or more people to be trained together. Discounts are available for non-profit organisations, so please contact us now for more details.
